At ValueWala, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on eligible products or promotional offers.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (depending on the contact details provided). You can use it to track your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated delivery failures, it may be returned to us.
Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact our customer support as soon as possible after placing your order. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
Delayed Deliveries
While we do our best to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, festivals, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package and product
- A brief description of the issue
We'll review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.
