Return & Refund Policy

At ValueWala, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is defective upon delivery.
  • Items are missing from your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories (where applicable).
  • Proof of the issue (photos or videos) may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
  • The product is marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after the required payment details are provided.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Wrong product
  • Damaged product
  • Defective product

We will arrange the return pickup whenever possible, or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges if pickup is unavailable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
